Every package price includes the pumpkins and gourds listed, plus design, delivery and setup within our core service area. Extended-area bookings (see service area FAQ) include a small additional travel fee. Removal of items is not included in the packages, but we're happy to help with that! Project Porch proudly serves Metro Detroit and the surrounding suburbs.Our service area is based on drive time from our home base in Farmington Hills — generally about a 30-minute radius for our core area. Some drive times can vary even within the same city, so feel free to reach out with your exact address before booking, that way we can calculate your travel fee if one applies. Yes! We love to supply add-ons to really bring your porch design to life. We offer mums, decorative planters, potted fall annuals, soil for planting, hay bales, corn stalks, wreaths, door mats, lighting and more. Adding three or more saves you $10 on your order. Have an idea for something you don't see listed? Just ask and we'll do our best to make it happen!

Rental items (marked with an asterisk on our add-ons list) are yours for the season and returned to us afterward — no storage commitment on your end. If you'd rather keep a piece for your own home permanently, just ask and we'll quote it for purchase.

Fall is where we started, but we also offer a Pop Up Party Porch package for all of your porch needs! Think halloween displays, hosting the big game, Thanksgiving, Christmas/Holiday gatherings, Showers and Birthdays.
